DPC-10 software problem

Hello,

I recently purchased some Brushless 9370 servos and the DPC-10 programmer. When I try to install the software it states I need to install .NET 2.0 ( which is already installed) and all of the information box on the screen is filled with ?’s;

I let it install and it says it installed but in the add/remove programs in control panel it has a bunch of un-printable characters as if it were in another language.

When I tried to install the drivers, a popup error box states “ Some of the files could not be installed. Please check your installation and try again”

I’m installing on a Windows XP machine.


Any ideas?

Per Mike I tried to install the software on a windows 7 machine. It still can't install the drivers! Has anyone successfully installed this software?
