Good stuff! I have been researching chargers and power supplies a lot. I am building a 24v DPS-600PB supply myself. I fiqure that is all I can pull off my 110 20 amp circuit. I don't have a welder plug in the garage yet! I really dig this kind of DIY project. I am planning on a Powerlab 6 or 8 at the present time. I have an old laptop that can be dedicated to the charging station. That could change at any time.
