    I like my Fromeco Quad meter. Just feels better seeing the power usage variances and adjust to identical.

    Exactly. Attach it to your head and away you go. Don't drop the transmitter though.

    I had a 28" prop delam like that after a slight prop strike. Same brand. Taxied off the asphalt runway and nosed over a bit as the wheels transitioned to grass. Wasn't much but the results were similar.

    Had constant idling issues with an older Hitec, switched to a Savox 2270 and the problem went away.

    What size spinner?

    I use 2.5 on my .60 (10cc) classic pattern planes. Seems a bit small for 23cc.

    Preventative Maintenance

    Not flying much in the heat these days so going over my planes checking everything. Removed and replaced some oem servo arms, double checked bolts, replaced some fuel tubing, etc. Might not be necessary but feels good.

    Lot of low quality stuff available where you bought the helmet. Perhaps a welding supply store has better helmets.
