    Stopped in at a well known wing place last week and the beer selection was poor. Upped the heat on the wings to justify ordering a couple of Dos XX's. If the food is right the beer can be less than desired and still be good.

    Joe, are the 980 splines the same as other Hitec servos? I have some 5645's with aluminum arms. I think I will see if 1 fits today.

    In Boston area on a training visit at a factory which is really a cover to get out of town and bar hop. Very few craft beers available around the Bruins arena, none in a bottle. I found a Harpoon ipa on draft and gave up trying to do better at that point. But the search will continue...

    Stock arms will come off, haven't ordered any aluminum yet so using what I had to set the plane up. Was already thinking about coming in a hole or 2 with new arms.

    Added the bad ass 9380's to the tail feathers . They are astonishing servos. NFL linebacker strong, just simply stronger than a human being. Wicked fast and stops instantly. No whining or buzzing and no sagging while they are at rest. . .

    Mike, I saw Space Dust on draft on the menu the other day and chose it solely due to your love for it. Good beer of course but kinda neat influencing someone's choice 100's of miles away.

    I found an interesting beer at a local sports bar. At $11 a bottle I won't buy many of them but wow what complicated taste. it was truly a sip and analyze beer, 1 was plenty.

    Pushing 4 years old I'm glad this kit had everything wrapped in plastic as the dust was everywhere. now that I'm in my new hobby area in my basement I actually have room to assemble a plane this size. .
