    Found a random aerosol can (grill cleaner?) that fit the curve. Some 3M contact spray and sandpaper and presto, a round sander.

    Time to cut the ailerons out of the ribs. Used a French curve to find the curve then marked the curve with a Sharpie. .

    A little issue pops up. Main spar is 5/16" but rib slot is 1/4". .
