    The SuperBowl, college bowl games, etc are coming up. Start watching your scroll saw on Ebay 7 days before a big event and snag it during the game against almost no competition. My scroll saw was .99 a few years ago plus shipping. :)

    Heavy cloth, 7-8oz I would think, then whatever thickness balsa in between. I can't find 1/8" end balsa. YouTube it.

    Throw some castor wheels under that table. Most of mine are locking.

    Maybe, a 1/2" rasp would be perfect for the 3/8"dowels. The 3/8"rasp works well on the 1/4" dowels. The spindle sander would need a 1/2" round drum. I will look. Thx.
