    The worst thing about your son working in your shop is the best thing I've read. Make a mess son, just learn how to use your hands, head and tools. Highschool engineering project and he made a can crusher. And a mess.

    Outer root rib issues: It's incorrectly shaped with shaping for the wing spar and sheeting. No upper cross bracing slots at all. Also it is longer than the inner root rib. Perhaps a trailing edge fixes that.

    Working on root rib mess. Inner root rib has undercamber, unlike outer root rib. No main spar slot and is different size from outer root rib. I wouldn't have the upper cross brace slots vertical, why not square them with rib surface and eliminate sanding? Camber
