    I used quick JB Weld to fasten the brass hinge parts

    I set the main wing at zero and the horizontal stab at zero. The stab is adjustable.

    Final rudder piece. Cut, beveled, slit, milled, angled, an hour getting this piece right.

    Soldered the final rudder connectors. I used a c.f. rod to hold the little brass tube parts down. Very little heat and these were done.

    I use a side grinder to shorten flanges. Use primer to help the bond.

    First phase of rudder building done. Looked the same as prior photos so I put it on the fuse for something different.
