    Two? I've came up with the idea of the Zepus switch(like you recommended) for overall power but I couldn't figure out how to use 2. I decided on a Powerbox Spark Switch for my ignition battery but I think I like your idea more.

    Nothing different in late March than the prior 25+ years. Spring training baseball and a month worth of beer. A day of fishing to top it off. The lager was 1st day game straight from the airport. Mostly the local Jai Lai IPA through the week.

    I have several retract sets for classic pattern planes. My current build and the build after that requires no retracts so not hurting in the near future.

    I have a little Sherline mill but wanted something full-size. I watched Craigslist for 3-4 years. I knew what range I wanted and a big boy popped up and I grabbed it. Same thing with my big lathe. Here is a recent photo of the mill. Tony, sorry about the thread drift……

    Now to cut the window to fit. None of this is glued yes, just test fitting.

    I put the Dremel in a vise and milled the 2 side pieces.

    I made a router setup to resolve the recessed window issue. The Dremel base became sacrificial perhaps as I CA glued the G10 plate on.

    I think recessing the window might be necessary. The aluminum strip needs to be flat.
