    Man what a freakin' day yesterday. The cable for the clutch on my motorcycle broke while I was on my way to work, had to pull off to a side road and was stranded there until help arrived an hour and a half later, then I was on the phone with the dealer and Yamaha for the next several hours...

    Typically the rotary knobs use a potentiometer inside whereas the switch just bridges different connections- often times there is no direct compatibility there.

    My main issue with Epoxy this time of year is my workshop is always cold, so it takes forever for the epoxy to pool down, then squeeze out!

    I've never felt my DA120 has lacked power and it's an older V1. Certainly it's no rocket ship but it does pull the airplane right up on out if I need it to.

    Gives me comfort in knowing that there is excellent manufacturer support with my DA. I've been on the fence about either buying a DA120 or a GP123 but I think I'll stick with the DA120 for my next airplane. I've heard far too many good stories about DA.

    Beautiful weekend this weekend. Perfect weather for flying, though I only managed 6 flights on the 107 Yak. The Slick Pro got some working out too out at the dez: Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

    Yeah the 90* antenna orientation is typically for better antenna diversity, it lets the receiver compensate for multipath interferences- in layman's terms, it gives the receiver 2 orientations to see the signal in the event one gets blocked.

    Not at all, even running it for the longest periods of time (completely filling or draining the tank). I'm going to tinker with it for a little bit to see if I can't come up with an improvement to its current design.
