    Assembly: EF 110" Yak-54 V2

Yeah but you know that one guy Murphy... He has this funny habit of making the impossible possible ;) I think it'd be fantastic if a receiver came with those instead of the usual servo connector.

    Assembly: EF 110" Yak-54 V2

That's a great idea actually. How do you secure the connectors together though to keep them from coming apart?

    Assembly: EF 110" Yak-54 V2

That one had a Falcon 29x9 I believe, good prop for 3D, not necessarily how Jase flies but that combo had a lot of muscle for sure.

    Assembly: EF 110" Yak-54 V2

There's a new video of Jase throwing down with a 110 Yak and a DA120, the power is not lacking in the slightest!!

    Xpress does a BANSHEE build...

The more I fly this airplane, the more I like it. Right now it's very nose heavy, especially with the 20oz tank I just put in it (16oz originally). I stuck 2oz of lead onto the tailwheel bracket yesterday before I put it up in the shop for the week which should hopefully get it to balance out...

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Another miserable day in miserable Southern California with our miserable 80* weather and miserable ocean breezes. Slick got a good workout today. Lots of on the deck studf and high speed stuff. Back to work tomorrow :(

    Xpress does a BANSHEE build...

A video of today's shenanigans. The wind was cranking probably 15-20 gusts and a constant 10 right down the runway, not always the most fun to fly in.

Yup yup, it was windy windy windy today!! Slick took it like a champ, though the gusts on the deck made it interesting :oblong:

I think I'll always do the hinge gaps now, though mine don't look nearly as clean as yours :dancing-chicken:

    Assembly: EF 110" Yak-54 V2

Joe you shouldn't need 3 servos on each aileron, they're not big enough to mandate. 2 9380's should actually be overkill which is perfect, I'm using 2 7955's on each aileron on my oversized aileron 107" Yak and they don't have any problem pushing those ailerons out to full with HV power on the...

The I'm NOT going out flying thread.

Me, the girlfriend, and my parents went out on the lake yesterday to try and escape the heat for Fathers day, though I think it was still over 100* outside. It was a relaxing afternoon nontheless :too-cool:
