I bought a RF 7.5 a few months ago so I would like to know what's the basic difference between the 7.5 and the 8 barring the additional models and flying fields library.

Looking into buying RF8 but it is also capable of flying goggles or VR goggles they name two brands that are compatible. Ok let’s get this straight what I know about virtual reality is very close to nothing and dangerous. But anyway I was interested seeing that RF8 was designed to do it. Then I looked up the price of the VR goggles that they recommend and was just flabbergasted they were around $700.00 dollars. That is a lot of money to hone my flying skills, I know I need all the help I can get but that is getting up there. Have anyone of you gentleman looked into this.

I like 'em "BIG"!
Sweet..need to look into this. The 7.5 has been fun, but like my normal lifestyle of big planes, I WANT MORE. LOL

Ah. The O'l 386. I had one back in the day. The hard drive ws so small I'd have to delete Oregon Trail before I could up-load SimCity 2000 and vise versa. Wasted half of the 90's waiting for those two games to load.:p
I'm so old I had a Commodore 64, and a Texas Instruments TI-99 before that. With the TI-99 you had to type code for hours just to get the screen to change color. How things have changed.

Man we are showing our age I remember the Commodore 64 that was my first computer and like you said you typed for ever to get anything done. The one thing that sticks in my mine was when you had to save stuff to that dam tape it took for ever and you never new if it did it properly or you had to start over those are not good memories, and how true on how far this has all come.
