Sierra Nevada Hoptimum Triple; first thoughts.
Beautiful hoppy aroma.
finish is smooth with a wonderful hoppy bitterness. Would liken the texture on the tongue like a nice bottle of Dom Perrignon. Very bubbly but not overcarbonated.
Hop flavor lingers on the tongue for a very long time after sampling. Whoa!
Definitely worth giving this a shot.

Fair enough. Here you go. Cap off and everything. 9.6% packs a good punch. Definitely one is plenty, but tastes awesome enough to have several more...stopped at one tonight.

Making me want to get an Alaskan hopothermia IPA.... but for now, Fresh Haze it is!
I soldered up a fellow club members motor and ESC. Told me he’s bringing payment of some fresh haze. Ha ha more fresh haze in my future!
