Viper #1 is ready to go.

Well, as you may know I was able to purchase the original Viper 270 from [MENTION=110]Terryscustom[/MENTION] . It was designed around a DA70 with a 93" wingspan. The plan is to build new wings that will come in at about 102" I put a DLE 120 on the nose. It fit with only minor modifications to the cowl. A couple of cuts for the front of the muffle, plug cap, and a little move of the down tube holes. I put these wheels on for now in case the weather cooperates before the new ones come. I have Hitec 7950's all around.

The proper size wheels are in the mail. Hopefully the new wings will be started sometime later this week. They will have split ailerons and SFG's. Anybody know the best (most affordable) place to get a tru-turn spinner? I need a 4" drilled with a DA100 bolt pattern.
