Getting closer to getting my first 120cc airframe in the air. A buddy had an unfortunate incident with his 104" EF Extra 260. Decided he is going with all new equipment on his next airframe so gave me the GP123. It needs an ignition module as the wire where pulled out of the box and one muffler needs a slight repair. Otherwise though motor still has good compression and turns over smoothly. I put a dial indicator on it and the crank runs true so basically a 120cc engine for $130 as the cost of the ignition.

@TonyHallo , hi Tony played around with the Cortex gyro again. Tried several things but nothing worked for me. When I did the teaching and revers the rudder teaching mode it did something strange. The rudder did respond but in one direction Only left but not right. That thing is jinxed or me. Ready to jump on it.

If I may recommend the mounting of the engine. I do not know how much you will fly the plane. But for the stand off for the motor at the firewall is on the small size. I have found over the years that I need to have a disk or washer size of at least 1 1/8 diameter on both sides of the firewall to last for a number of seasons And a lot of flying, If you just fly the sporadically then what have will last for a couple of seasons.
