'unsafe' will be determined by the FAA inspector that is leveeing the fine and, like any other penalty/fine/ticket/charge, we'll have to defend ourselves in court if necessary.

would anyone be willing to send a letter to their congressman? what if i write a form letter and you guys just copy/paste it into an email and sign your names? it's very easy to do with the internet being what it is.
