RF7 Question

Well, I almost pulled the trigger on RF 7 where I can use my one TX. But that upgrade for $40 bucks looks like I'm getting the exact same thing just have to use a RF transmitter. Am I correct in assuming this?

The RF7 upgrade is only a disc...you would continue to use whatever controller you have been using with RF4, RF5, or RF6 (the RF7 upgrade allows you to upgrade any of those versions directly to RF7).

There are three editions of RealFlight 7:
- Interlink Elite Controller Edition,
- Tactic TX-R Edition, and
- Transmitter Interface Edition.

The InterLink and Tactic editions come with their own TX.
The Transmitter Interface Edition comes with a box into which you plug your TX.

Since I have the Interlink Elite Controller from RF 5, I purchased the $40 upgrade. I don't care about using the Interlink Elite controller.
I should add that with the Interlink Elite Controller you can plug your TX into the back and use your TX as well.

So since I'd rarely use my real tx might as well get the upgrade.
