My first attempt at Poly Brush painting. Fumes are too much, looking at a collapsible paint booth for outside but temps are are 30s and 40s for the next week or 2 so I'll need to focus on loose ends at the moment.

Tony, any concern with the bleed through?

You can clean the drops with MEK, just say away from the edges.
I would spray the Polybrush.
Be careful with the heat, 350F can warp the wings and fuselage.

I assume you brushed the first coat? I have had better results just spraying from the beginning. The instruction for the Stits product are for a full scale planes where the fabric is almost twice as thick as the light weight fabric we use so you can brush the first coat because it will soak up the Polybrush. Any extra Polybrush on the brush just soaks through and forms drops on the bottom of the fabric. With a shop towel wetted with MEK you can remove most of the drop(Bleed through) , wet and wipe several times and they will disappear.

Well it looks like you are starting to see the end of this project you are well into the painting stage. Everything is looking good. You will enjoy the painted finish when you are done. Hopefully the plane I am building ends up on weight or on the light side if it does it will be painted with Stits. Done several with Stits and really like the finish, just don’t have the facilities to do it anymore. Hopefully we will see fly this upcoming season.

I'm with Tony, ditch the brush and spray from the beginning. And it may take a couple coats to close up the weave.
