Yes it is.
The 190 LE stands for Limited Edition but as I've heard that they literally cut a pound of weigh I call it the Light Edition.
Price I guess will be the same but that's a guess only.
One thing for sure with the weigh cut, it's defiantly the strongest in the 200 category, weigh/power ratio.
