I have also heard Frank Noll is living in the area now. Anybody know how to get in touch with him to invite him out as well. Would love to meet him.

Hope the weather holds out for the weekend. Right now the forecast looks awesome for hanging out and blowing some holes in the sky!

Yes I agree it looks great.

Just got a text from the treasurer of the club. He is out there now with someone else. They are getting the grass mowed and bush hogging some of the taller grass.

Can't wait. What time do you expect to get there??? I will be getting there around 8:30

Looks great! Looking forward to meeting you guys and seeing Ben's "other" field :D I fly with him most every Sunday evening, so you would think in all these years I would have made the MVRC fort lee field a visit. It is only an hour from me to get there so not bad at all.

Every time I was headed that way we had bad weather. One time Ben called me and said, "Stay home - too windy!" so I did. Winds were not bad at first when I started out, but less than a half hour they got high that day.

Looks like the weekend is really shaping up nice. I know at least four (me included) that are supposed to be there. Pretty weather should bring some folks out. As long as I got somewhere to slide my trailer in, get my canopy up, and fly some, I am a happy flyer.

Plenty of room for trailers. I'm getting there between 8-8:30.
