For info..... If you use a digital meter and place it on top of the incidence bar...you can actually set incidence in 1/10th decree increments. Originally, I set my wings for 1/10th degree positive...before moving them back to 0 degrees.

I don't remember typing or saying anything about feeling any difference?? All I was showing was that there IS a way to actually get less than 1 degree accurately.

I put my wings back at 0 degrees because I spoke with Mark Leseberg at the Joe Nall and he said the airplane (Dalton Extra 300ML) was designed for 0 degrees for competition.

Sorry I wasn't being a smart a** I was impressed. Thanks for the information. The way my build is going right now I'll be lucky to get +-1. Silver Fox I've read a lot of information you've posted and it has been very helpful!

I have the KS header in mine. they are very good quality!! some pics of my pipe install.. I will be getting on with mine soon. my set up is.

Certainly. I will take some tomorrow.


Glue all the formers in place and used 5mm captive nuts, due to the threads not being great on captive nuts I will use slightly longer bolts and back up the captive nuts with nylocks. never had any issues with this method in any of my planes.

Back on the build after a busy summer.

Wing tube in and antirotation tube.
I think I've run into my first problem with the kit. I think I have the wrong stab tube.

Woop! A Delro Raven will one day fly from this site...I'm just not sure which one of us will take longer!

That stab tube does look small...but it seems hard to believe they screwed that part up. It's hard to tell but the sleeve on the tube looks the right size...is there a sleeve already mounted in the stab?
