140” Turbo Bushmaster assembly

Coming to the Turbo Bushmaster party late. Figured I do thread on assembly (mainly pictures). Won’t be super fast assembly working sixty hours a week only leaves weekends for assembly. I’ll be flying it from my backyard so PMT tires up front and updated tail wheel assembly from AKNick. Power will be 3W-110 Competition engine, exhaust will be 3W Canister Mufflers. I fly using PowerBox CORE so radio equipment, ignition switch and batteries with PowerBox. Servos not sure yet. I’ve got three of the new PowerBox servos might use those on elevators and rudder and do something different for wing servos or just go all PowerBox servos. If anyone has assembled one I have questions. How did it balance? Is header drop 90mm?
More later.
Spec sheet Link HERE calls for a 70mm header drop. Might want to give the good folks at EF a call to confirm.

Looks like it will be a nice plane. Will be interesting for me to see you install the Powerbox radio I have just purchased one and did my first installation. Keep us posted.

Not much progress. I did play around with equipment layout some. Epoxied in control horns on rudder. HiTEC Memorial Day sale decided wings servos for me. I had one NIB DB961WP so ordered three more (still in route). Ordered three 2”servo arms from MKS USA for rudder and elevators servos. The PowerBox servos have 8mm spline. I’ll post some random photos I think I’ve sized correctly.

The Core is one hobby purchase I don’t regret. My problem is work and a move in the last 5 years have left me little time for hobby. I’m just trying to remember everything. YouTube has been refreshing my memory.
