    I agree with the color scheme. It sticks out nice, wouldn't mind a lighter accent on the top of the tail. I fly in a lot of lower lighting conditions, and anything to help make it "pop" is a good thing. Keep up the good work guys!

    crazy, most wing tubes are pretty stiff to begin with and loosen up a bit with time. Sounds as if QC missed that one!

    I may have had some cold temps, but no tornado watch or rain!! I even flew a couple flights before my fingers said "were through!!"

    It's 8 7/8" where it meets the firewall (inside of the cowl) and tapers down to about 8 1/2" about the lower section of the cowling ears roughly where the spark plug would be. DLE 40cc is 7.08" without the spark plugs or plug caps, an internet search stated the DLE40cc with plugs and plug caps...

    Snows almost gone here, I can see my lawn again! I had to fly south yesterday to change a aircraft tire with a nice skid mark on it... it was windy, wet, dark, and I was tired and hungry! But it sure beat those snowing days on ice with frozen fingers! So I'll take my 45 degrees and sideways rain!

    Have you played with the physics settings yet? Are you asking about 3D models or just in general? I think the Yak-54 3D is close... just not as floaty. Most of their high winged models are not that bad either.

    I've been pre occupied with another new hobby this last week or so. Rod building! Currently building a 9wt switch fly rod. It's a fun project!! It'll be my ocean rod for king & coho salmon... And probably try it steelhead fishing to. As for the laser build, I've been working on a choke system...

Been leaning towards the tried and proven Extra 300 EXP, but I noticed the 3DHS has the Slick 580 in a 60" version as well... well shoot me running! What do I do!?!?     That is exactly what's happening here in Southeast Alaska.... go figure - everyone else seems to be getting snow, but over here in AK it's raining sideways?:confused: Hey... I'm not complaining!!! That ice needs to go away!!
