Definitely wasn’t a whole lot of glue on it from the factory. I was surprised the ply wasn’t supported with anything other than glue. Gotta lighten them up somehow I guess! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The deciding factor for me was: felt good in my hands, I already own Futaba gear so cost effective, touch screen, a receiver with 14 channels or two eight channel rx’s, telemetry, proven, and for me has always been bullet proof. The company makes much more than RC products and can support...

    Who's Up For a 3D Printing Challenge?

ooof that would take a long time to print. To design it wouldn't be that bad... I think it makes more sense to make one out of wood personally because the time spent printing that size would just take forever (I'm guessing most of the day thus it wouldn't be very cost effective to sell IMHO)...

Don’t feel like putting that much effort into it. Tried to sell it for the last couple years, nobody wanted it, so I decided to take the engine out, make a dummy spinner, paint a shark mouth, and inspire some kids. My buddy doesn’t have a real war bird hanging in his shop either. If someone...

Hellcat all hung up in my shop with the new face, going to hang it in my buddies LHS probably this week. The TBM is coming together. Pretty much just down to electronics. A little disappointed that the recommended SV1250MG servos, I had to enlarge the servo bays, noticed they get close to...

if you want to get a nice, smooth finish on those tubes, and option is to use a rod dryer that rotates the tube at about 2-9rpm. You can buy the motor and make your own. Just something to think about. I build rods and I have done this to a wing tube before...
