You can get PETG sheets from McMaster Carr in small sizes. PETG I believe you would have a hard time forming poly carbonate without heating.- TonyHallo

I use cheap door and window caulking to seal my bags. Plastic drop cloths for the bag material. A roll of tape and a tube of caulking are about the same piece. Never used the tape but I am considering using it for vacuum bagging the Cherokee fuselage. Watched a video recently where a man...- TonyHallo

Casting the molds for the yoke. Using 75-60 urethane mold rubber for final mold pieces. The aluminum balls had the perfect buoyancy, the balls will remain in the mold. Seen the Lego trick on YouTube, works great. The rubber has the hardest of a pencil eraser so it will yield to allow...- TonyHallo

That does sound a little heavy for 112" span plane, my Champ built mainly out of spruce with a 7 and half pound four stroke came in at 40 pounds. 2800 sq inches and it flies rather slowly. Better to know now than later.- TonyHallo
