    Yep. Happens to me every day. Not just with Horizon but with all my distributors. I can compete with the on-line price, that is, until I have to add sales tax to a high dollar item. But that’s slowly changing as more and more states start to collect sales tax on internet orders.

    Dammit man. Going with a heat pump? On the plus side, if you’re system is 35 years old, you should see a significant savings on your energy bill. Plus it will increase the value of your house.
