    Oh, and if you buy the real deal Tygon, like DuBro sells, it stays flexible for a long time. You can tell the real stuff if you look close at it. It will actually say Tygon on the line in small white print.

    Yup. What everyone else said. Viton for clunk line only. Even if money were no object, I don't want black fuel line running everywhere. I like to be able to see the fuel moving through the system.

    I decided I'm going to do away with the pull pull on my Stinson. With the 40 Twin up front I think I'm going to need the tail weight. And I've never been a fan of pull pull anyway. Also, by moving the rudder servo out of the cabin it will free up some much needed valuable real estate. My RX...

    Thanks bro. Ya that's the first time I've seen heat shrink tube on wing struts. But that's definitely what it was. Looked like some industrial extra heavy duty stuff. Very thick. I guess it was quick and easy. But looked like total crap.

    The wing struts that came with my Redwing Stinson Reliant didn't match the plane at all. Instead of covering or paint, they were covered in red heat shrink tube.     Wow that sucks. Only thing I could think to do is pour some Oil-Dry in the fuse and let it sit for a while. Then vacuum it out.
