    All the GP engines I've seen in action make mega power. But they are not the easiest to start and tune.

    I think I’d make up a couple test pieces and try it both ways. Then take a hammer to them and see which one is strongest.     IMAC Pattern - Cadence w/ DA 35

    Maybe try drilling some 1” holes to lighten it up instead of milling? Might not be as light but I would thing it would be a lot stronger.
