Yep. Seen it. Much more concerned about the person eating, using a cell phone or otherwise distract, while driving, heading toward me than "hunter killer" drones. This seems like a reasonable approach. Similar to the differences between a private pilots license and a commercial rated pilot. No problem. I was heavy into golf when my son was born and like you are dealing with in the RC hobby, I had to step away from the golf hobby for many years.
