The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Two wing panels all ready to rock, working on the fuselage next. I stopped at this point for the night, tomorrow night I'll get everything hooked up and the X24 programmed for everything. Also working on putting snakeskin over all the wires :)

The dual stab tubes are nice, the front tube is only about 6" long and only slips into the stabs about 1.5". The XPS X24 is probably the greatest channel expansion device on the market right now: http://www.xtremepowersystems.net/proddetail.php?prod=XPS-X24D

Past couple of nights I've been getting the Laser airworthy. Right now I'm over halfway there, just need to install aileron servos/linkages, plumb the tank, install the J&A mufflers, clearance the cowl for the mufflers, install the XPS X24 and tidy up the wiring inside and she'll be ready :)

Made a wing rack since my pile of airplanes grew exponentially this week :oblong: Only cost about $20 in parts. Since the rack that used to be here was used to store 2 of my giants I no longer own, this is where the wings will now go :) 11 total racks with a few still open for more...

You guys missed a hell of an awesome weekend here in San Diego!!! Not a cloud in sight the whole time and awesome weather for flying. Burned a bunch of gas and flew a lot of airplanes, guys from as far as South Dakota, Washington, Utah, etc. all came down to fly and thrash their toy airplanes. I...

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

There are a lot of guys that make the argument that a 120cc airplane should be in the high 20's. My Edge is something like 25lb and I can honestly say I wish it was heavier, tumbles take a LOT of coaxing just to get it to ball up (I.E. crankshafts, upline spins, etc.) otherwise it just snaps and...
