What beer ya drinking tonight?
I drink a lot of mojito's in the summer, along with Redd's Apple Ale chase they go down easier on hot summer nights... But I drank most of a 12 pack of Labatt's tonight, that stuff is good year round!! (yes I'm drunk posting and I'm rocking it if I do say so myself!!! Lol)- Bipeguy03

Well I'm a little late to the conversation, but lately my workshop has been taken over by work. We are putting the finishing touches on a long endurance electric sUAS and I got "DRONE" guts all over the place lol.- Bipeguy03

I found way to get it started after is sits for a while without your arm falling off, get a bubble syringe to put in your tool kit. If it has set for a while and you know it's gonna take forever, squirt a little fuel in the carb with the syringe. When it pops and burns the prime up it will...- Bipeguy03

Another reason I'm on Vimeo more than Youtube anymore. But, once again the FAA is stepping outside their authority. It's scare tactics, in dealing with the FAA since I was knee high to a dog I've seen it over and over again. If they try to enforce this on "drones", they have to enforce it...- Bipeguy03

I'm not an electrical expert by any means, but if you hooked the head directly to your 12 volts and it didn't turn on, I'd say the head is no good, or possibly the connector block for the head is wired wrong. If it's getting power in and the ground is correct it should come on. Sorry I can't...- Bipeguy03

Hmmmm, I got to think about this one lol DLE 55 takes 3-4 with the choke on, then another 3-4 to get it running. My DLE 111 can be a little cantankerous if it has set for a few days. But when its being flown regularly, 3 flips to prime with the choke on and throttle open, 2-3 flips and it's...- Bipeguy03

What do you have the converter for? Is it a 24 volt system? And I'm sure you already have but check the fuse. As a way to trouble shoot, hook the power wire directly to the battery's positive terminal and the ground to the negative terminal (if it is just a 12v battery) If nothing else it...- Bipeguy03

Iron-on coverings? Opinions?
I don't like the Windex trick, as you at heat it's just one more thing that is going to vaporize and cause bubbles. Using it to put on things like stickers or trim sheet is great, but if you have to add heat you'll add problems.- Bipeguy03

Poke holes in the bottom layer of film under where the stripes are going to be. It can be done with a T-pin or stick pin, there needs to be a lot of them close together, you need to give the gasses from the heated glue on the back of the film a place to escape.
