    35CC 3D Plane

I can't believe you are going to try to stuff a DLE-35 into a Velox! Are you going to be able to balance the plane?

EG 120cc Slick By Aztech Aeromodels

No problem Blake, just make "the inside bigger than the outside" ala Dr. Who's TARDIS ;)

    CA glue whoops!

to answer your original question: do not leave it like that...you want both sides to be symmetric, so do what you can to remove and reseat it. you also want it to be a secure glue joint so the control horn does not come out in the middle of a violent manuever.

    Redwing RC 76" MXS-R

I haven't heard of anyone doing an electric setup, but I know that Ken at subsonicplanes.net has a variety of electric motors that would be suitable for the job. Do you have an existing motor you want to put on it, or would you purchase everything for it? The AUW is 11lbs so with a 76"...

yeah, that sure is one blessing of our big open field...lots of room to maneuver. I was lucky this time...as it was, I used the entire length of the field to get the plane down...you know how the 71" Slick loves to float!

The EXTRA 300 EXT Build Thread

lose the tailwheel altogether...put some sullivan goldenrod (the yellow, inside part) on the tail of the fuselage (in the shape of a "U") and go fly! at least that will get you in the air until you get a real tailwheel.

I'm jealous....my first flight of my 71 Slick ended up with a deadstick shortly after takeoff...fortunately no damage...was able to land it safely on the field. I guess I need to tune my DLE-30 somewhat...it ran fine on the ground, but as soon as it got into the air...phhtt...the sound of silence.

    120cc Edge 540 V3 sneak peak

I would think the GP 123 would be perfect for that airframe....everything I've read about the GP123 says it is a beast. The color scheme on that Edge is amazing!
