    Impressive Customer Service

    their chargers work really well but their balance taps aren't as durable as the JST-XH connectors that a lot of other packs use. if/when your chargers start to act up, it's usually been the balance taps that have loosened up and aren't making good contact anymore. other than that, they're great!
