    One problem is the expansion and contraction of the concrete can actually wear a hole in the pex. With the sleeved pex we used there’s actually room for movement.

    Kitchen island. Sink and dishwasher. The pex we used has a flexible sleeve around it. You can actually slide the pex out of the sleeve and slide in a new pipe if necessary. https://pacesupply.com/Product/wir12400bps

    Spent the whole day cleaning up after the drywall crew. Team of 8 guys hung our entire house and garage yesterday in 6 hours. o_O Took the wife and I almost twice that long to clean up after them!
