    Tony, you are correct. I will use the pre molded area as is. I trimmed back the plastic screen to expose the address for future painting.

    Yes, knee replacement done and rehab going well. I've had a personal trainer for years and she has worked my legs for a long time in anticipation of this knee replacement. I am walking around decently and no pain, replacement was Tuesday.........

    Snoopy, I have a Quickie 40 (very) short kit from years ago that I will never use. The side pieces are curved steam(?) formed balsa skinned with fiberglass cloth on both sides. I think that and the wing cores were the entire short kit.
