    I think I would just drill as you go, good chance half the holes will never be used! Just added a 4" diameter disc to my McMaster Carr order, $14, thanks Steven.

    More tooling from AliExpress, adjustable VEE block and cutoff and grooving tools, 2mm through 5mm. Took two orders to get the cutoff tools, some of the items on the first order were canceled.

    It took quite a few chips to marry the 5" 4 jaw chuck to the 6" adapter, but it is done. Much better fit for the lathe, the carriage can pass under the chuck, not so for the 6" 4 jaw. Need a project for it now.

    My sewing skills were not up to the task so I ended up covering it with one piece, found different material at the local JoAnn Fabrics before it closed it's doors.     I don't think the rear shear webs are necessary. Isn't the trailing edge getting glued to the rear spars? That in effect acts as a shear web.
