It is around 6000mah or so. Actually it is a Lead Acid battery. I heard Lipos are overrated so I stuck one of those suckers in there.

Anyone else having trouble accessing the site?. It works fine on my phone (considering I am posting from it right now) but it won't load on my computer. It was working fine on my computer while I was at the library today

I use the castle gov at 2800rpm (Idle 2) which puts the ESC at 100.7% and it tells me to put my Idle 2 throttle curve at 100%. For Idle 1 I have it at 2650rpm and the ESC is at 94% and it tells me to put my Idle 1 curve at 70% (but I hardly ever use Idle 1)

I agree helis can get dangerous very quickly. Usually after after day of flying i go over all the bolts on the helicopter to make sure nothing is coming loose though, especially when I am going to a funfly or something the next day. Airplanes are just a lot of work IMO. You have to load the...

Sorry I missed it, I was doing some heli maintenance :) Thanks! I'm pretty sure that was a half of a flipping loop with a piro-flip at the top then flipping down again transitioning to a forward moving aileron tic-toc. I have the Goblin 500 and the Avant Aurora

    Futaba 8FG(S)

Yes, and yes :). I am almost 100% all Futaba receivers are HV.

    Futaba 8FG(S)

Nice review. I also found that switching to Futaba the "bind" time to the airplane was faster along with the "locked in" feel probably due to lower latency. Just for future reference and anyone else who likes the smooth throttle stick. The only difference between a heli radio and an airplane...

Thanks. Of course, Coaxials are sweet. I tend to fly them irresponsibly though :). Was it the ScoutCX from Blade? That is probably my favorite coaxial out of all of them

Thanks!. Let me know if you want to learn sometime. I see you are on RF a lot and I could probably help you out some, if you wanted. It definitely is a trip, and although the Goblin 500 isn't a bigger heli it is a handful and scares me probably more than a bigger one would :o. Sorry about...

I had a fun day today. I had a few fun flights with the Aurora and I got the Goblin dialed in for the most part. Now if I could just learn to fly, with out all that jerkiness and everything :o
