You are going to like that little twin. I've had one for more than a year now. It's on a Giant Stik at the moment but it looks like it's headed to a QQ Yak 54 in the near future. :sneaky:

The I'm NOT going out flying thread.

First real winter here in years. Ice, snow then mud and chinook winds. Fogged in this morning, I haven't been out in weeks. :(

Hangar 9 Ultra Stick 30cc ARF

I used Robart hinges on the Giant Stik. I just don't like CA hinges.

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

And fly! I flew in 18 mph constant wind that had a lot of the stick built corsairs, jugs, etc grounded. Seems it's easier not to care about beating up a relatively inexpensive chunk 'o foam.

Warbirds over Pueblo tomorrow. I love the look on the faces of the die hard scale warbird guys when they realize my CarbonZ T-28 is actually a big chunk o' foam! :D

30% if I remember correctly. Gonna be a while before mine flies again. Going to take my time to repair it.

Not as bad as what you are doing to the Yak. One busted former and a lot of de-laminated plywood and broken glue joints. You are putting together a jigsaw puzzle. :attaboy:

I'm finding the elevator touchy on mine as well planning to cut the throw back a little. That is after I fix the damage to the fuselage. I managed to cartwheel it on landing at our fly-in last Saturday. :(

    Sport 50CC AMR STICK THREAD

I had it on a Chip Hyde CapX for a while. Hauled the airplane around ok but snap happy! I'm leaning toward a Bill Hempel Xtreme Decathlon. Still might be too much airframe. Meanwhile back to this stick build!

    Sport 50CC AMR STICK THREAD

I've got a VVRC 40cc twin looking for a home. Had it in a couple of compromise ARF's ran great. Needs to be on a light airframe 12-a5 lbs. Not a lot of planes that are available in the 30cc ARF market that interest me. AMR doesn't give weight guestimates on their 30cc stick. I'm curious to see...
