I was looking at that Extra Vaganza I like the colors and the power it has. Do you know if a 1200kv motor and 30a ESC would work on this plane? Thats what I have new and looking for air frame.

    Discussion Choosing an air frame----frustrations!

And This... Each of the 3 EXP airframes will do anything any of the others can do. They will all also do anything that is currently possible in the Xtreme Aerobatics envelope. Meaning that they are not just 3D planes, their capabilities go beyond that. So in order to decide which EXP airframe...

    Discussion Choosing an air frame----frustrations!

Now that I think about it I took a tiny pin and pocked little holes where the bubbles were, just the black, not the covering under, ironed it down and then I put thin CA around the edges of the black cover and I didnt have any problems.

    Discussion Choosing an air frame----frustrations!

Oh and differences in color and details from top to bottom of planes is very important to most of us that fly 3D and freestyle. When the plane is spinning around you want to know which end is up or down. Sometimes I still get disoriented and its kinds scary. Especially when its an expensive plane.

    Discussion Choosing an air frame----frustrations!

Well five years ago the black covering would bubble and peal do to the heat of the sun, usually if it was on top of the plane, from my experience with the EF Yak in my avitar it didnt. I had black stipes on the bottom of my plane that was ultracote or monocote and sometimes I would have to iron...

Yep black covering always bubbles and peels with the heat of the sun. So are you saying there is a blue with black on the bottom and a blue with red on the bottom?
