    Yes 189 kv 24x12 prop. Gecko turns the juice loose. Now Ive not had but one half flight on that. The aileron control horn tore off. Hoping to next week

    Ya no kidding. I had video planned for yesterday but with the wind and first flight I didnt bring her low an then the control horn let go so ill get some next week if at all possible. Control horn is a 10 min fix and 30 min set. :)

    OMG. Castle dropped the ball man. If Gecko will hold up geeze. I tore the aileron control horn out doing a wot backflip to elevator hahaha. 135 amps and around 5800 watts.     Well,the thread is up! I'm glad Ken did it. Looks way better than if i had done it. Ive been running this motor for a little while now,maybe 50 or so flights on it..Multiple run ups on the ground playing with settings/etc. Hottest i have seen it is 140 so far i think. I have it in an 89 AJ...

    the one im flying is just in front of the wing tube. With the motrolfly 50cc motor my packs are just under the cowl in the battery tray about an inch. The servo battery pack a-123 is mounted on the ft side of the wing tube..

    Yes 100amps. Sorry Manta had a brain fart when typing.. I saw 110 on the glacier packs..the watts on the logger said 4800 watts peak on all the packs. i used some new packs that Mac was having built for his store before he retired.The thunderpowers are officially deceased. lol junk
