    58" Extra 300

I had one and loved it! Yes, the new 60" Extra is even more capable, stable, and precise, but the 58 was excellent and way ahead of its time. It didn't have the EXP style control surfaces, but still had plenty of control authority for every maneuver in the book. It was very precise and stable...

    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

-Thanks. :) I would love to make Nall again, but am waiting to see how my financial and college situations are doing at that time. If I can make it, I will!

    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

Thank you guys! I thoroughly enjoyed it too. :) I don't fly many foamies anymore, but a little no-stress EPP flying is always a blast!

    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

I still have my original 2+ year old Edge and took it for a spin last night with a light kit that my brother Michael made. Unfortunately the camera didn't capture the beauty of the night with the full moon, but it was truly awesome! It was so bright that I actually flew with the lights off for a...

    Extreme Flight 104 Extra

Yes, the guys at Fromeco did a really good job editing the pic. I actually didn't notice my name the first time I looked at the pic either! LOL

    60" Laser-EXP

Unless you have a need for that 1.5" arm somewhere else, I would just drill a hole in the arm at the 1.25" mark. You can then grind off the rest, or simply leave it.

    60" Laser-EXP

The only downside to using a 1.5" arm is that you will lose a little bit of resolution and torque. You should be fine, but keep an eye on the elevator slop to avoid experiencing flutter. On my MXS, I used a 1.25" horn and didn't want any more throw. You must be getting about 88 degrees with...

    Extreme Flight 104 Extra

This is a really neat pic of my 104 at the Pacific Coast Freestyle Championships that Fromeco used as their header photo for their "Simple Charger". I love this charger and use it all the time. It's so easy to use and works great with no fussing around.

    Extreme Flight Extra 300 91"

Glad you're enjoying the 91 Martin! If I got another pipe for the DA-60, I would avoid that ES composite pipe. The weight, or lack there of was nice though! Yeah, I was trying to figure out how you can practice IMAC sequences out there. Looks like a beautiful place to fly though and I...

    Extreme Flight Extra 300 91"

It's been years since I've been to Evergreen and I need to get back down there someday. That's cool that you got to meet up with Martin! It looks like a great place to fly, except for the 400' ceiling posted on their website. Flying the GS airplanes, that would be difficult to comply with.

    Discussion Choosing an air frame----frustrations!

Thank you. :) The red does really pop, but I love the blue version as well. The fact that it's a full-scale scheme is frosting on the cake!

    Discussion Choosing an air frame----frustrations!

The Extreme Flight 60" Extra 300 has been my favorite electric ever since it came out and probably always will be. The Extreme Flight Extras are just "right"! They'll out perform anything else in precision and high-speed "XA" style aerobatics while being able to 3D with rock-solid stability...

    Extreme Flight Owners Thread

As I recently posted in the 104 thread, I've flown just about everything and can confidently say that the Extreme Flight 104" Extra 300 is the best airplane available in its class. The 3DHS is a good 3D airplane, but that's about all that can be said for it. The EF is the total package! I...

    91" Extra 300-EXP ARF

Go with the 32oz tank. I use 32s on my 60s as well. The tanks don't weigh much of anything and you don't have to fill them. I always do though. I would use a Falcon or Mej 24x10 propeller. vegasking, expo is all personal preference, but I would recommend keeping it under 50% and as low...
