    I used to have Phoenix and found some decent planes to download . Actually I thought the physics in it were a touch better. It helped me with rollers you can slow it down too. I like my RF too

    IMO any plane with extreme throws. I use my watts up meter. Took a servo extension and soldered some ec3s inline, works perfect. I would like to get one of those meters that does up to 4 servos at a time.

    My hands are too small for the fat fuse of the laser and I don't trust myself to grab the LE if the wing. If I move, which is a possibility in a year and a half, it will definitely be somewhere warm with 3d friendly fields close by or a farm I can buy.

    I'm trying to score me a mitt . I have the gloves with mitts that have the fingers cut out. Just got a dx9. Flew with it in 35 degree weather the other day, the brushed metal was cold on my hands.

    What exactly do you guys mean when you say fine tuning and tinkering on setting up different rates and expo? I have triple rates, actually with the dx9 I have capabilities to setup more. Reason I ask is to see if there is more I should be doing or to see if I'm setting mine up right.

    At our fly in ( that jwmav also attended) somehow I cracked the slot on the firewall that the canopy tab goes into. We'll my canopy ejected on a crankshaft IIRC. So the really quick fix was some Velcro.
