    First Gasser Maiden!!!

Be very carefull, they tend to multiply. And before you know it they want their own set of wheels to get around town in. I suggest at least a 12 footer.

    What is a safe temperature?

I keep my planes in the trailer all winter, and it got down to 0 F. a few times this year. I do take all my transmitters into the house though. Batteries are fine in the trailer, just make sure they are warmed up before flying.

Probably a silly question, but where did you hook the black wire? To clearify, make sure the head unit has a good ground.

I have rough feet and heels. If I won them I would use them instead of my current method. This thing really generates some heat!

These are some of the most usefull clamps I own. Work even better turned around backwards! I couldn't get along without this either, but thats an age thing.

I have an old 6X12 Haulmark that I rebuilt. It came with torsion springs and electric brakes. Pulls like a dream. Here's a pic when I just started on the interior. It's pretty much done now, I'll try to remember to get some current pictures put up.

    AMA and Multirotors

I agree, I remember when alot of club members thought giant scale was going to be the end of the AMA. I'm not really interested in quads, but I think they are cool. I also think they could be a big boost to the hobby if everybody can just figure out how to get along, or at least agree to...

    Fail Safe Question

This is what I've been doing too. Sweetpea, I guess what I'm afraid of is what if the hold is not temporary and you don't regain control. Say the reciever is totally toast, now you have a 100cc plane coming in somewhere with the engine running.

    Fail Safe Question

When you guys set up fail safe on your radios, do you set it so the engine goes to idle or to cut off?

Actually there is no tongue lock that will keep a trailer from being towed away. A motivated thief will just back up wrap your saftey chains around his bumper tie them off with a bolt raise your jack and drive off. The best solution is a wheel lock or chain trailer to a post. Then they at least...

    Carnage

You mean helicopters are not supposed to look like that at the end of a flight? Mine always do.

    Life gets in the way

I put everything in the attic for 25 years. After the kids were grown and gone I got it all back out looked it over and began buying large scale gas stuff, & electric, and some stuff to fix up the old glow stuff. Bottom line is if your really hooked the fire never really dies, but you may have...

Mine stay in the trailer year round I live in Southern Indiana and we see temps in the upper 90's quite often. I have a couple of vents and a DC fan on a thermostat that runs off the onboard battery. The battery stays hooked to the charge controller all the time. My trailer stays parked in the...
