    20x10 xoar on my 70 slick with the same setup. the motor is not very efficient unfortunately, but the ice 100 works.. I wansnt getting over 92-95a on the ground. 19x10 is pretty weak on that motor on 6s imo...

    Be careful with that 16x8 apc... they give you completely different results than the xoar 16x8. Usually a higher amp draw with less thrust due to flexing of the tips..

    55" EPP/Plywood/Carbon fiber Hybrid Yak 54 coming from Skywing

    Prototype looks promising.. Any word on specs for weight? I'm curious what servos and motor will be ideal. I'm hoping this could be a good option for the guys that aren't ready to spend $600+ to get a 60" bird in the air... I'm looking forward to more updates.

    Never made it all the way there, brother met me in indy so we stayed here for the night with a college buddy.. parents put their house on the market so I had to grab my old trophies and such since I'll be gone for a while.. glad I didn't have to drive 9 hours though for a 24 hour trip...

    65mg will be fine. I didn't feel the need to enlarge the hole for the 85. Stock hardware is good but the tail wheel sits a bit too low. May consider swapping that out. Servo arms are included in the kit. The wire gear kit was purchased separately as well. Other than that you should be good to...

    Thank you, I'm very excited! I finally got around to putting the wire gear on this thing. Dressed it up with some of the scrap foam from the cowl, and finished it off with carbon fiber vinyl to make it look like the stock gear.. very strong gear setup, glad I grabbed it!

    Can't wait to see the big yak! I wish they would have used the new russian thunder scheme from the contest on the 48... the other color scheme is a extremely close to the 3dhs edge... looking forward to more flight reports..
