I keep forgetting to measure it but I'll try tonight Yesterday I got the bottom of the fuse done and using a hangar 9 fuel fuel exit fitting and I used Dubro hex servo mounting screws instead of the little included Philips screws. I got a lot of stuff done inside the fuse such as...

Baffling and choke lever done last night! I did a little more trimming after this photo though to give more clearance between the foam and motor.

Throttle servo is in using a plastic housing that was left over from a t-rex 700e helicopter upgrade to move the servo down about 1/2" . Motor is mounted and the washers space the motor out just far enough so the muffler is clear of the firewall. Fuel tank is in but you can barely see it...

Ailerons are set but haven't checked the throws. With no servos I think one wing travels farther up than down and the other wing farther down than up. I'll set the throws equal later with both wings on the fuse and throw meter on each aileron. Got the firewall drilled out but the template...

Got the arms on the (4) aileron servos with wire wrap. Made a harness to multiplex plug for one wing but still alot to do to finish the wings. Going to try to work on it as much as possible when I'm home this week because I want the wings done so I can work on mounting the motor, cowl, etc.

Yes the spark hurts the connector but I like I remembering castle saying if you don't get a spark not matter what voltage, then something is wrong and don't fly. If you listen or in a dark room, 3s does spark when you plug it to the esc

Back to the tail I made a 3rd extension for the rudder. To make a cool looking harness I braided about 6" on both ends. Then used larger braiding to cover the center uncovered section. I think it looks pretty cool. I lubed the tail tubes but they are still tight going in and out so I'll...

I can change it to blue since I already have the covering. I wanted to open the access since there was a decent amount of covering scraps in the tail from the factory and I want all 3 servo extensions down the tube in a big braided shield so it should be easier with the access hole.

Didn't spend a whole lot of time last night but got the rudder servo at 90, mounting holes done, linkage length set, and throw set. Need to make an extension to the rudder servo and try to braid all three wires going down the tube. Would like to finish all the tail section soon and work on...

Went ahead and cut the holes on the side of the fuse for the wings. That was easy :) Went back to the tail and cut out the access hole Looked in the box of accessories to find the plate and all I found was this red cover plate It should be Blue I would think so looks...

Got one elevator done. I used 1.75" arm at the middle hole on the control horn to get full mechanical throw after I dremeled the bottom hole off the horn to get a little more down elevator and enlarged the opening for servo arm. Went to do the other/right elevator and the pushrod is USELESS...

Last night got the tail servos out and added some wire braiding I already had to help protect the wiring from cuts and to be cool like diggity :D I like how the servo mounting holes are already drilled so just have to run a screw in the wood to thread it and drop CA in holes to harden the...
