Yep... some of those app tips are like 6" long and take 2-3 full trigger depressions before you get to use any of it. AND, you have to buy the application tips! Now, they do have their uses. I have a BVM bobcat that needs occasional reinforcing in hard to reach places. Perfect use.- Carrid02

I started on the control horns this morning. I opted for hysol instead of epoxy simply because I had some handy. I don't use a long "application tip" on the hysol because it wastes soooo much. First, I gotta show how the boxes arrived. Fuse box was near perfect... all contents were 100%. The wing box, however, sustained some damage. AJA did a FANTASTIC job with packaging... it wasn't their fault at all. For as bad as the box looked, there was only minimal damage to one of the wings...- Carrid02

Slowly working on VW. I got the CF plate I ordered in the mail, along with some "no weld" smoke nozzles and a Harris smoke pump. I got the elevator hinge gap covered this morning and plan to do the rudder tonight. I'm leaving for a work conference at 6:00am tomorrow through late Saturday...- Carrid02

Well, I finally made some good progress this morning. The pipe tunnel is fixed and the pipes are installed. I also attached the "bling" (spot-on pipe extensions). So, the tunnel/headers/pipes are 100% finished. I also got all the new H9 arms attached to the Durant boxes and began programming...- Carrid02

I know what you mean... that's been my struggle with 40% airplanes. They're usually not 3D monsters and don't typically fly like a 35%er/DA120. This airplane is sooo light and has such incredible power that it does look/fly like a 35%er. I can't wait!!!- Carrid02

Yep... after watching video of it fly, I DREAMED to own this plane... but didn't actually think it'd ever happen. But it did!!!! :). So glad to have it! More done this morning! Installed RX, rewired the wings with 2 extensions (Trevor was using xbus), finished header wraps, elevators/rudder...- Carrid02
