    +1 I tell pilots of all skills and ages don't think it below yourself to go out and just practice landings for a few packs. Nothing worse then flying well then cracking up your plane because you can't get it back on the ground.

    Heh no but my wife would love me to someday. I'm not much of a tropical person, more of a mountain boy but then again I was born and raised in Minnesota where we have neither.

    Yep politics are never good. We have two rules at our RC club field. No Pricks No Politics It's worked well for about 9 years now. Only one person has been kicked off the property by the owner who has the final say. Steve

    I'm building the Crack Pitts for a friend and I can't wait to test it out. I am hoping to get either the Pitts or the Extra Slick for myself. I need a new beater foamy and both of them look to be great for what I want to do. Steve

    I'm building one of these right now. It's for a friend who made me a deal on another airplane. However I can't wait to test it out and I feel once I do I'll be wanting to order another one for myself! Steve

    72" Extra 330SC

    I've only had a few flights on mine so far. Picked it up second hand and refurbished it. Flying mine on 8s with a Motrofly 4325-310KV motor. Been using a Xoar 18x8 prop which flies it well but I might up that to see if I can get more punch. Hoping for some decent flights on it this weekend...

    I just got a Xoar 13x6.5 to put on mine. Looking forward to having more power on the plane this weekend. This plane might edge out my 42" Slick as favorite small plane.

    Enjoy the weekend. We're staying close to home but that means I can sneak away to the field for at least one day! Taking the 72" out for some more stick time.

    DA-120 or DA-100L

    Save your pennies and get the 120. If you don't get one from a fellow addict just be careful. I've seen some crap engines sold online with little recourse for the buyer. It's not always easy to find out all the issues with a used engine and if you don't know the guy how can you trust them.

    I just got mine back together after burning up an ESC. I'm loving it again and hope to get more flying on it this weekend.
