The I'm NOT going out flying thread.

I had a friend that lived in Alaska that had one. I've never shot one, but I'm sure it kills at both ends.

Thats why I went with an 10mm Auto glock. I can shoot 15rounds (+1) fairly accurately in rapid succession with alternating loads.... count to fifteen... it takes a while, plus no safety. Where as a high powered revolver, the ordinary man cannot keep on target with multiple shots and really have to count on that first shot.

I beg to differ on the big revolvers. Shot this with a 454 Casull(Raging Judge) and a 45-70 (magnum research BFR 45-70). The low shot on the left was a trigger yank on my part. The two to the middle left were part of 5 one handed shots with the BFR 45-70.

I didn't fly because I was working on my Deck (still). Its about 90% done. I was putting on Cedar plank skirting.

Also my 2 3W engines came back Wed from AI so I installed the one back on the Ulti. I test ran it, and it was all back to normal. Went back to a 3W ignition (one of my spares) as I think the timing was off on the RCEXCEL one that was on it. Also got a new hub, new gaskets, new carb kit and had the Alum reed block put in.

I also put the Edge back together but I was not in the mood to start it up. That one got a new hub (old one magnets were off Gerhard didn't even know how the engine started), new hall sensor and new gaskets. I'm expecting it to run just fine now.

I would like a good, quality .22 rifle like you guys. I have lots of nice firearms....but I've never had a quality .22. Plenty of varmints to get rid of my house with one.

How far you wanna shoot? Henry has a really nice Golden Boy, that is a stinkin tack driver. Hit up the local gun shops. Fondle them, and see which one you like best.

I just have an old Marlin model 60. If you want semi auto from what I have read you can't go wrong with a ruger 10-22 and they may ever accessory you can think of for it.
