NGH Four Cycle Engines.

Damn I'm hungry
I'm getting ready to put some four cycle sound on my Sig "clipped wing" Cub. The NGH 30 and 38 four cycle's will fit and I'm leaning to the bigger 38 for my Cub is a bit heavy at 16.5 pounds.
I have seen mixed reviews on both of these engines but I think they should be great for the application at hand.

What YE Say??? DILLY! DILLY!

I have one friend with the 38 and it runs great. I have another friend with a 38 that was nothing but a nightmare. He gave it away. The seller was great but they could never get that thing to run right.

You pays your money and you takes your chances. It's certainly a bargain price.

I think I will get the 38 from VVRC. Both the 30 and 38 are the same price. I noticed that the 38 pulses it's carb a bit different than the 30 and has a second line too. Can you tell me why or what the second line is for?

I would get it from here mainly because Jim is local to me and has provided great service on my Bull Engines.

I like the price he is showing too! Thanks for that.

Speaking of Bull Engines.....There will be a 62 coming in to my life after the 38 but I am concerned about parts support for the Bull line. I have heard parts are null? If he has parts I'm good on that. As far as service I normally service my own engines but I am glad he takes care of you. Don't mind spending my dime with him as long as he has what I need or want in parts.

Just serviced a 60 twin DLE and now going to do a 35RA but parts I'm getting are from Australia or the UK. Can't even seem to get DLE parts from anyone in the states right now???

I’m sure it has something to do with the Hobbico bankruptcy.

Tim at Northwest RC is the new DLE USA rep. The tower bankrupcy and bad blood over valley view doing the warranty work for them etc.. led to the change to a new distributor. Tim is a good guy and is ramping up the inventory but nothing happens overnight. i know he has engines in stock, but with the tower debacle and lack of stock availabe for the past several months the demand right now for dle is high. breathe and it will settle out.
