hey i have some hitec 65mg's that seem to have alil play in the gears. should i just get the gear set and replace myself or should i send them off to hitec.

if i replace myself are there any tips n tricks i need to know?

Grease the new gears if you replace them yourself.

You might be able to take out the gears, rotate them, and put them back in. Sometimes that'll solve the slop until that side wears too. If it's not an excessive amount of slop i wouldn't worry about it.

i have 2 out of the 16 that i have that has quite a bit of slop. elevator servos on both. one i was gonna use a 85mg anyways.

hey im finally building the MXS hehe. been having so much fun with the wattaplane but im pretty excited about getting the mxs in the air.
